Our gastronomic proposal is based on top-quality products and traditional, varied, and seasonal cuisine. Chef Ana García infuses every dish with the care of lifelong recipes, adding a subtle nod to Andalusia that brings personality and authenticity to the menu. Restaurant Forat 19 offers a carefully selected range of tapas and starters, meats with Girona designation of origin, fresh fish from the market, and quick combination platters, ideal to enjoy before or after your round.
The restaurant features its own small wine cellar, with a list focused primarily on Catalan and Spanish references, alongside some lesser-known gems. Javier, our front-of-house manager and sommelier, will be delighted to advise you on finding the perfect pairing.
