These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting (hereinafter, GTCC) regulate the purchase conditions of the various products and services offered on the website owned by EAGLE GOLF MANAGEMENT, S.L. with CIF B-65738577 and MONSIERRA GESTIÓN S.L. with NIF CB56-136690, (hereinafter, CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU), with registered office at Tavern, 3, 08021, Barcelona (Spain).
Users who purchase products and/or services fully accept these GTCC and shall be bound by them as drafted at the time of contracting. Reading and accepting the GTCC is an essential requirement prior to the purchase of any product.
CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU reserves the right to modify the GTCC at any time and without prior notice. The GTCC will always be accessible from the website so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
Only individuals over 18 years of age with sufficient legal capacity to contract may purchase products on our website.
Reservations
The purchase process and placement of your order can be completed in very simple steps. It is not necessary to be registered and/or authenticated on the website to make your reservations. However, if you register, you will have the possibility to view details of the orders you have placed on our site while authenticated, as well as request their cancellation or modification.
The user-client who makes the reservations and pays the total amount of the order does so on behalf and with the consent of all persons for whom the reservation is completed; the user-client making the purchase must be of legal age and the holder of the credit card used for the purchase.
Before paying for your order, you must confirm the details of all reservations included in it. If you do not agree, you have the possibility to modify your data, as well as add and/or remove reservations. Once the reservation details are confirmed and the payment of the order is successfully executed, you will be subject to the GTCC.
Products
Items offered through the Club Golf d’Aro website are only available for in-store pickup.
By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Once the purchase is made, you will receive a transaction confirmation via email.
Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, you may pick up the product within 2 hours, always within the establishment’s opening hours, by presenting the purchase confirmation.
All orders are subject to product availability. If difficulties arise regarding the supply of products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
Prices
All prices indicated on the website include VAT. However, you will see the breakdown of the price and VAT before finalizing the order.
CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU reserves the right to modify prices at any time, always respecting the price indicated at the time of purchase.
Payment methods
Payment by credit card
The client may choose to pay by credit card, with the operation being carried out at the time the order is placed.
CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) system, a payment system in a secure environment as it allows the encryption of information transmitted during the transaction, ensuring its confidentiality.
As a measure of protection against fraud, clients may be requested via email to send additional documentation to certify the identity of the buyer as the lawful owner of the credit card. Such accreditation may be attached digitally in .pdf or .jpg format in the same email in which it is requested, to expedite the order validation procedures and proceed with its shipment as soon as possible.

Returns
Green Fee Reservations
- Modifications will not incur any penalty.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any penalty, and 100% of the paid reservation amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be penalized with 50% of the total reservation amount.
- Cancellations made on the same day as the tee time reservation or “no shows” will be penalized with 100% of the total reservation amount.
- For reservations of more than 4 people, a 7-day limit for cancellation without charges will apply instead of 48 hours.
Tournament registrations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be penalized with 50% of the total reservation amount, or you have the possibility to change your registration to another tournament of the same amount.
- Cancellations made on the same day of the tournament or “no shows” will be penalized with 100% of the total registration amount.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The period established for this purpose has elapsed
The refund will be made using the chosen payment method.
Course closed
The main causes that could lead to the closure of the Club Golf d’Aro – Mas Nou facilities are as follows:
- Incessant rain: when the holes fill with water.
- Electrical storm: when continuous lightning or thunder appears with imminent danger.
- Intense fog: preventing the minimum visibility for playing golf.
The conditions mentioned below will apply exclusively when the course management decides to close it either due to danger to the player or impracticable playing conditions:
- If they have not yet started playing, they will be offered to change their Tee Time.
- If they have abandoned play between holes 1 and 9, they will be given a discount for 9 holes with a maximum validity period of 3 months.
- If they have abandoned play from hole 14 onwards, the round will be considered finished.
Protection of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of personal data protection regulations, we inform you that the data you voluntarily provide when making any purchase will become part of a file owned by CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU, for the purpose of managing your reservation, post-reservation service, and customer service. Furthermore, we will periodically send you information about offers for our products.
The basis for data processing is the execution of a contract. The data will be kept at least as established in tax and commercial regulations and, in any case, as long as you do not request its deletion.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability, and limitation, as well as revoke consent where applicable, by email specifying “DATA PROTECTION” in the subject line, or by regular mail to Tavern, 3, 08021, Barcelona (Barcelona). We inform you of your right to file a claim with the Data Protection Control Authorities.
We would appreciate it if you kept your personal data updated so that CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU can fulfill its obligation to keep them accurate and current.
The user undertakes to provide truthful data relating to their person, assuming any type of responsibility regarding the inaccuracy of the data and/or manipulation of data relating to third parties, as CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU will presume that the data has been provided by the holder thereof and that it is accurate and truthful.
Jurisdiction
These GTCC are governed by Spanish law.
To resolve any controversy or conflict arising from the purchase of products at CLUB GOLF D’ARO – MAS NOU, the parties agree to submit to the courts or tribunals of BARCELONA, both parties waiving any other venue or jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, except for mandatory jurisdiction in the case of consumers and users, in which case the competent venue will be that corresponding to their residence.
