Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. If you book online, you will receive confirmation immediately. If you book by contacting reception, you will receive a payment link with the reservation details.
Can I cancel or modify my Green Fee reservation?
Yes, although the window for free cancellation varies by group size: groups of up to 4 players have until 48 hours before the reservation (with a 50% penalty for later cancellations, and 100% for same-day cancellations or no-shows); for groups of 5 to 11 players, the window increases to 7 days; and for 12 players or more, to 15 days.
Do I need a handicap to play?
Yes, it is necessary to have a handicap.
What happens if it rains on the day of my reservation?
If the club closes the course due to rain, thunderstorms, or heavy fog: if play has not yet started, you will be offered a change of tee time; if you leave between holes 1 and 9, you will receive a discount for 9 holes valid for 3 months; if you leave from hole 14 onwards, the round is considered completed.
Can a pack be used by more than one person?
No, each pack is for personal and non-transferable use — it is linked to the holder who purchases it.
How much time do I have to use my pack?
All packs are valid from their first use: 1 month for the 2 GF Pack, 3 months for the 4 GF Pack, and 4 months for the 10 GF Pack.
